Can't Choose Live Chat

After my second EA Live Chat, I couldn't select Live Chat again. I've tried clearing my cache and using Internet Explorer, never worked. Does this have to do with a survey? I have also tried the link (https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/%C2%A0%C2%A0%C2%A0/), halp me, plz
