Can not see the hidden games tab on origin.

Hello there . . . I have an issue with the "Hidden Games Tab" on the origin Screen. After Installation of Origin on a new PC I am not able to see the "Hidden Games Tab" Tab as active even though I have made purchases for the expansion packs for the sims 3 on my old Laptop.

My login ID is happy7887 on origin.

Quick help will be really appreciated.

@Echoooo34 Hi,

Are you sure that you are using the same account that you had used initially to register the game? I would suggest trying any other email addresses you might have to see whether the game is registered on that account.
If you are unable to figure out which account it might be, you will need to contact an EA Game Advisor: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new

Log in with your EA Account and choose "Origin" as Product, your Platform, "Manage my account" as Topic, select "Find missing game" and describe your issue to see all available contact options.

@NervousSubject78 Hey, the hidden games tab will show games that are specifically set as hidden, generally for duplicates or older unplayed games. 

The Sims 3 Expansions don't show up there, though. They show up on the Game Details page for The Sims 3.

Right-click the game panel in Origin then choose to View Game Details. 

Scroll down and you should see the expansions and your download options.
