Can I transfer Sims 4 from a Mac to a PC?

A few months ago, I bought Sims 4 for my Mac, along with a few expansion packs, but I am now getting a PC. Can I still use my Sims 4 game on my new PC, without buying it again? Can my saved games be transferred and if so, what do I need to do to make it work on the PC?

As far as I know if you purchased The Sims 4 on Mac it will also be available for PC (Windows) and back. Just install Origin client  on your PC https://www.origin.com/usa/en-us/store/download Login to Origin using the same Account, then you can download The sims 4 from your Library.
