Can I share my account with my sister if one of us play the game in offline mode

I wanted to give my little sister my password to download and play the sims 4, but i don't know if this is against the rules if one of us play offline.

Only one computer can be logged into your Origin account/play the game at a time. So if she is playing while you are not, she will be fine. You will have to log out of her computer to access it on yours.
