I didn't get any EA Play ticket for my dad and I'm younger than 18 but can I go with a friend that is older than 18?

1. This is the PLAYER community, NOT where EA's people are found after Fridays at 5:00PM. (See the Info Page) http://answers.ea.com/t5/help/faqpage
2. You only get to ask the same question once. If no one here knows an answer, you cannot keep on repeating the same question over and over again.

@Mumgrete Copied and pasted from my email for the event. It says exactly the rule, so a parent / legal guardian would need to go with you, its a legal thing so there's not a way to get around it. And they do check ID.
*IF YOU ARE UNDER 18, YOUR PARENT MUST REGISTER AND ACCOMPANY YOU TO THE EVENT. TICKETS ARE LIMITED AND MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE TO ALL REGISTRANTS. ALL DECISIONS RELATED TO THIS EVENT ARE IN THE SOLE DISCRETION OF ELECTRONIC ARTS INC.

That is correct.
Do note that this rule is not there because we want to be annoying and make you spend time with your parents. It is there because we are legally obligated to have them accompany you if you are a minor.
