Can I go to EA Play without my parent if I go with a friend that is 18?

I didn't get any EA Play ticket for my dad and I'm younger than 18 but can I go with a friend that is older than 18?

Your parent will have to accompany you to the actual event.

@Mumgrete Copied and pasted from my email for the event. It says exactly the rule, so a parent / legal guardian would need to go with you, its a legal thing so there's not a way to get around it. And they do check ID.

But I think I have seen something about a friend over 18 somewhere but can I go to the event with my parent and they don't have a ticket but they go with me to the event and show that he is my parent and then he leaves? And I go with my friends rest of the day? Can I do that?

That is correct. 

Do note that this rule is not there because we want to be annoying and make you spend time with your parents. It is there because we are legally obligated to have them accompany you if you are a minor.
