Can I get an inactive account username that isn't even reg on Origin?

How can I get an inactive accounts username that isn't even registered on Origin? I've been wanting this name for a while now and now that I've learned that they've been inactive for YEARS and havn't even registered to Origin is really not fun.

Hey @xPlazmaFlare if the username is already claimed then I'm sorry to say that it would not be possible to get that username unless the user in question went into their Origin account and changed their username to something else.
