CANT LINK ACCOUNT TO XBOX

YES, my emails for my xbox and origin account are the SAME

YES, i read the tutorial on how to do it, ill even quote it

I launched plants vs zombies garden warfare (an EA game, duh) and on my account info the connected accounts say "no connected accounts"

Are you logging in with your email address, not you username? Sometimes that helps.

I already sat through 2 hours of loading waiting for an advisor to get to me, i never got to one. Im NOT dealing with the wait, this origin update sucks i'll say it you used to be able to link them manually by logging into your xbox account.
