Buying a game through Origin as a gift

I would like to buy a game as a gift, so I do not want it in my Origin but theirs. How is the best way to do this?

I think the best way would be get the access to your friend Origin account but yeah I recommend buy an Digital Box in the Shop and hand it as real gift

Origin may one day take this idea into consideration and implement it!

You could have a look on Steam, there is a gifting option there and friend can redeem the code in Origin afterwards mileywink:

Seriously? Ive been trying to use this program for close to 3 years and all they have done is put in a chat room so i can talk to all my poor friends that arn't playing games because they can't get gifts. 

Forget the chatroom, add a gifting option, you may get some revenue out of it and i will just use Battlefields ingame voice chat to let my friends know how bad **bleep** i am when i get an occasional kill!
