Bought a game in origin but charge an extra $1.30 I don't why

Hello I've got a question, I just bought Battle field 1 and it's currently on sale right now for $4.99. I just purched it but it charged me an extra $1.30, I just know what was the extra charge for? It would be nice if you could explain it to me thank you.
