Hi guys, I bought my FIFA 17 in America right, so I bought fut credits and guess what I didn't receive them why is this? Because I think it's the game ?

If you bought them somewhere else, you will have to contact the seller.

If you are talking about coins, i am pretty sure that EA doesn't allow in-game currency trading.
