Blocked Account ( Hacked? )

Good evening, I'm contacting you in order to solve an issue that has recently happened to me. My origin account ( If needed I can provide account ID or email address, please to send me a Private Message with the request ) has been banned and i'm unable to play my games and purchase any additionals.Also I've noticed that in addition to the dragon age saga games(only ones that I've bought) it has been inserted also one of the Fifa games in the purchase historic, but I didn't request it. Do you know if my account has been blocked because it was hacked? Could you please let me know how to unblock it and undo the tentative purchase? There are some procedures I can follow to solve this issue?

"You have been banned from Battlelog. If you believe this was done in error, please contact Customer Services". Then please do this...

Same problem here.. FIFA was registered 5 times on my order list. My account is banned. I've sent an e-mail to Origin/EA, waiting for response..

I have the same problem. Mailed ea about it. They investigated it and said that they will remove the block, but i have to verify by chat or phone by going to help.ea.com. There is no link at help.ea.com to chat or phone.

Mailed them again telling them about the chat/phone link nowhere to be found. They send me the same email again to go to help.ea.com to use chat or phone, and gave me a link to follow, which gives a 404 page.

the mail i got back is as follows:

so how will ea fix this looping email, and actually give us a option to unlock the account so that we can buy games again.?

Hi Prezriw, Try the steps I posted above if it givers you a error then try it with another browser. All three of you need to contact a EA game adviser on this issue. And you are correct the one link in your email is bad so I will pass this on to a CM so they can pass it on to the correct people to get the link fixed.

I have contacted support twice over this, and both times they send me the mail I have attached. I need my account unblocked so that I can buy games on my name, and so far all i see how i can do it is by chat - which there is no link for, or phone, for which there is no link for, or by going to a web page which does not exist.

So HOW do we contact support so that we can actually get my account active AND working again, without going throug the same loop, over and over again?
