Black screen on Origin client and setup [ Edited ]

hi, i've seen a lot of posts about this and i have tried everything that i found in here to make it work - but it doesn't. i've installed origin four times, cleaned the cache, cleaned my computer, i did the thing with the graphics, i run origin as administrator - nothing. still a black screen, still can't do anything. help?

btw i should mention that his started happening after i updated origin. before it worked fine, it just didn't want to go to online mode, so i had to update it. that's when i started having these issues. when i run it as administrator, i can install it and login, but the client doesn't work.

Which OS do you use? Did you check your firewall settings for the Origin client?

Windows 7 64bit. 

and yes, i've read about this and i disabled adblock

Keep in mind that adblock doesn't affect firewall settings. You'll need to manually adjust the settings if necessary.

As opposed to the white screen in Origin, a black screen usually means that your graphics drivers are outdated. Please double-check this yourself, or reply to this thread with a dxdiag to have us check it for you.

You can attach the file by selecting Reply -> Choose File.

Try to update your HD graphic card. Your dxdiag doesn't show any errors.

Another solution might be resetting your resolution of your graphic card.
