Black list for player

There should be possibility for personal blacklist for  unwanted players. After that you can pick a server where those blacklisted players are not logged. 

This would reduce notifications of hackers, cause people can choose servers where unwanted blacklisted players are not playing. Blacklist sharing should also be allowed to maximize the benefits of list.
