When I attempt to install Origin I have a blank/black screen, I have tried many things suggested by support but none work, anyone got any solutions ?

So just change graphic settings since 16bit isn't supported.

What kind of cowboy software company writes software that only works in a certain set of screen resolutions? FFS guys - can't you at least pop up an error message to ask the user to switch to a different resolution? This black screen thing has been driving me nuts and your support people can't even give the correct fix for the problem. AAAAAARGH!!!!
