Billing Questions - Reaching EA

Hi,

I recently purchased the base game for Sims 4, along with some expansions. There was a billing error on the base game. How can I reach EA customer support when their chat service is closed/or down? Is there an email or a toll free number that I can ring them at?

Thanks. I did manage to chat with the support team, and sorted the matter out. I had some additional questions regarding my Origin app. Because my chat with EA customer support kept failing, I posted this different question in the sea Answers under the Origin option.
