WHY DOES MY BANK CARD STATEMENT HAVE THE NOTATION RECURRING PAYMENT WHEN IT WAS FOR A ONE-TIME DOWNLOAD OF THE SIMS 4?  I CAN'T SEEM TO GET ANY HELP ON THIS WEBSITE, AND HAVE HAD TWO RETURNS TO SAY THEY CAN'T HELPME.

This is not a reoccurring charge, in some cases online purchases may be marked as reoccurring charges, but I can assure you that you will not be charged automatically again for the game purchase.

If it's not a recurring charge, then change the system so that it doesn't list one-time payments as "recurring payment"s. Otherwise, you're unnecessarily freaking people out.
