Battlelog Issue

I have been playing battlefield 4 for along time now but I took a break about a month ago, due to the hype of the bf1 trailer I wanted to re install bf4 and play it. When I got into battlelog I found a server and clicked join, the damn thing took forever to load and was stuck on "joining server" for like 40 mins and it never joined, I looked up the problem and tried everything, including trying new browsers,  re installed, repaired game, etc. It still is doing this problem please help

never mind i fixed the issue, i need to use firefox instead of chrome
