Battlefield 4 wouldn't launch after Window 10 update

I recently updated my Window 10 and after the update i couldn't launch Battlefield 4 on Origin as it stated the Game wasn't download but i was playing the game fine before the Window 10 update. Unable to uninstalled the Battlefield 4 as it show that it wasn't installed but the Hard Drive is still Full with the Game. Anyway to overcome this?

It sounds as if just the registry entries are missing.
