I was going to try BF4 out but I can't join any games. I'm 99.99% sure I've never used BF4 game time before, the only game time I can remember using was for PvZ GW. When I look at it on My Games it says game time not started but it keeps saying that game time has already been used on this computer, which is ridiculous because I only just reinstalled Origin this week. I already tried uninstalling BF4, then Origin, then reinstalling both and that didn't fix it. I also tried uninstalling everything and deleting the resgistry thing that was suggested here: http://answers.ea.com/t5/Battlefield-4/UPDATE-FAQ-Battlefield-4-Game-Time-FAQ-and-troubleshooting/m-... but that didn't work either.

sorry this is a known bug and EA is working on a fix but it will take time. Other things to keep in mind regarding game time....

Please keep the following points in mind:
- If you have played the BF4 game time on a different account in your same household, Origin will block you from playing. This is a security measure to prevent players from creating accounts over and over again just to harm players or violate ToS.

If this is not the issue for you then try this next..

Re- install origin only not your game just origin.

1. Uninstall Origin completely from Windows Control Panel.
2. Reboot your PC. This is important to clear out any lingering registry files or directories.
3. Download the latest here: http://origin.com/download
4. Install Origin then check for update on origin game time BF4 and then test it again.

If this fails to fix it try this...

1 - Uninstall BF4
2 - Uninstall Origin
3- Reboot PC
4- Install Origin
5 - Reboot PC after install is done
6 -Install BF4

If it still does not work for you then see below...

For some people I have sent them to a EA game adviser and it got fixed for them for others they could not fix it for what ever reason. A fix is being worked on for you all but it will take time.

If you want to try and get it fixed but it is not a for sure at this time it can be fixed for you...
