Hi. I tried installing Battlefield 3 & 4 after a period in which I didn't play them and I got this issue. After I downloaded any of these games, I clicked on them and expected to see the "Play" button, but instead I got the "Download" or "Install" button, which both led me to downloading them again. I tried it, but this happened again. What do I do?

Could you please try to select another Game Library Location in Application Settings of Origin client in "Installs&Saves" tab ? Also, try to check your Local Disk for errors via Properties>>Tools
If that doesn't work, try to run a clean boot on your PC https://help.ea.com/tr/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

@wasp12313 Can you please try to reinstall Origin by installing latest version and reinstall Battlefield 3 and 4? https://www.origin.com/usa/en-us/store/download
