I have the Premium Pass Icon under the Logo on the menu screen. But I dont have the DLC 2 weeks earlier. So what do I do?

I having the same problem with The Sims 3 Starter Pack, it shows up as owned and i unable to buy it. Clicking the view in library just give me a blank screen.
