Hi...

To me,
 I got a mail that my account was banned by you
The following are offered as reasons.

Promote, encourage or take part in any activity involving hacking, cracking, phishing, taking advantage of exploits or cheats and/or distribution of counterfeit software and/or virtual currency/items.

However, I not use them. I've got a lot of labor in this game. Would you please do me a logical explanation?

Answers HQ cannot handle bans. They don't have access to your account - They can't look into any specific cases. All anyone can do in here is link to your options.

From reading what  others have said  I do know it gets very busy and can take some time for a email to go though. If it fails to go though then you have to just try again :/ Sorry I know its not any help. As for a email sample I would have no idea what to say to them other then tell the truth and stay on the facts and don't be rude at all this is my best advice.
