Banned Account for No Reason, What a Day [ Edited ]

hi, good day guys, so I would like to talk about account's banning. because I clearly don't know why my account was being banned. I don't even play or do anything except download "it takes two" for free with my EA PLAY PRO, and as I downloaded suddenly my wifi went wrong and the next thing I found out when I reconnect is that my account was banned. what a nice day! haha.
