Ban because of avatar

My account was banned 2 weeks ago after being in use for years without a change. All of a sudden it’s offensive. I emailed back like a week ago but no response yet from the customer support famous EA. Thanks

If you've contacted the Terms of Service team that's all you need to do right now. The TOS team will review your account and follow up with you via email as soon as possible. 

The TOS team reviews these appeals on a case-by-case basis, so I'm afraid we don't have a way of seeing exactly how long the investigation may take. Please keep an eye on your email for their response.
