Asking a question in help

How do i ask a question in the help section, when its not related to a specific game, because you must choose a game to get to the final steps to get your question answered.

Also answered my own question, cheat and put in any game and it completes the form for you so you can ask your non game related question.

Putting in any help does not assure that you get the best help.

If it's about your account, contact customer support, if you have issues with Origin, choose Origin as your game, if you have a question about AnswerHQ itself, post here.

Origin would probably be the best option to choose if you can't say it's this or that game.
