I can not log into your account requires a password. But this application I have been removed and then reinstalled. Now I can not get into your account. What to do??? Any data can provide!

I believe that right after you set the Authentication app for your account, Origin, provides you some backup codes, in case you lose your phone or anything.

 

However, if you don't have these codes anymore, this will have to go through EA Support.

 

To contact EA support:

 

1) Go to http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/
2) Select a game or product and select your platforms (Mac or PC)
3)Select a Topic (Some topics do not support the option "Live Chat". If you select "Account Management" option "Live Chat" will be available. If you select a "Account Security" option "Live Chat" will not be available.).
Also, I advise you prepare all information about your Account.

For account security issues you will have to contact our EA Advisors via EA Help, as mentioned by @Mr_Montana_BF. Below you can find some extra tips on how to navigate our website:

 

Start with selecting your country of residence to setup your contact. If your country isn't listed you should select either United States or United Kingdom.

Now follow the numbered steps as shown in the picture. If you are unable to login you will also be able to create an anonymous case at this point.

  • The final page doesn't load? press F5 on your keyboard to reload the page or try another browser.
  • You get no contact options? you are most likely trying to contact the selected channel outside of operating hours.
  • Your country has no phone number? use a voIP program such as Skype to contact our UK channel via +44 203 0141818.
