App Authenticator problem! I can't log in because my phone is broken.

Hello everybody I would like to sign into my EA /Origin account but after I log in they ask me for the 6-digit code that is created by my App Authenticator. The problem is that the phone on which the App Authenticator is on, is broken. Now I tried to contact EA over their help site but that doesn't work because to complete my request I have to login... I'm in an endless circle and I can't find a way out please help me. (to write this I used another account)

I am having the same problem, I lost my authenticator app for my phone broke and I'm in the same circles without end and with my unused account

I suggest you try getting a call from them, I got it and it was really helpful
