I got banned from Apex Legends and it's permanent, even after I appealed, yet they haven't shown me any reason for my ban. I do accept that I edited my texture filtering on my graphics card to give me better visibility but I would like to see what cheats they caught me using. I also would like to know if I can play on an alt account on this same computer or I would have to use my second computer or if that is also against rules and counts as a sort of ban evasion.

You will need to speak to our Terms of Service team @rriiddeerrp0 in relation to any bans in Apex Legends.

 

The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

 

  1. Click Contact usat the top of any page on EA Help.
  2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
  3. Choose your platform.
  4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
  5. Fill out any other details below.
    • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
  6. Click Select contact option.
  7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

I haven't been playing for awhile now.

Logged in today, start search and received 

"ERROR - Client accounted banned - banned"

 

This is a glitch on EA's side and they don't care about the gamer's out there...

I did not cheat, I did not have other people using my PC or even login on their accounts.

 

So I have submitted to EA and gave them 3 days to reply with some sort of valid reason to my ban, otherwise I will be taking them to social media and explaining their poor security system...
