Hello. I've e-mailed EA about three times over the last 40 days and no one responded to me. I've created a case but no one even checked. My Apex Legends account has been banned and I haven't played on it. I've read the mails that EA has sent me and someone cheated using my account at around 13:00. Usually, I played Apex at around 7 P.M so that doesn't quite match my game hours. Also, can't anyone check what IP adress my account was logged into? I've changed my password, improved my account security and everything. I'm really missing Apex and I want to play it again. I did nothing wrong yet I still got banned. Couldn't you just ban the IP instead of the whole account? And can anyone even RESPOND to me??

username was : "Yatak Halil" around the time i got banned I think. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You will need to speak to our Terms of Service team @dangerousreptile.

  1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
  2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
  3. Choose your platform.
  4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
  5. Fill out any other details below.
    • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
  6. Click Select contact option.
  7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.
