Another hacked account.

I've seen some cases around of hacked account and being unable to change information even specifically with the elementary school question which I'm also having that issue, not only that but the support of " https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new" by contacting advisor didn't help *, first off it only gives me the option to contact by phone which is a little annoying for me but not really a problem but the real point is that I can only put United States or Canada for my phone location, thumbs up for that really grateful for that support...sorry for my arrogance but i'm really pissed with the subject, they should have alternative ways to access and fix information and I ain't seeing it for such a big company. I only get notified of the e-mail changes and can only reset that which is another thumbs up...I'm getting really pissed with the lack of options I get here to either fix OR contact for support. Who the hell is this boodyas92 anyway, the date of birth is a mess, doesn't even shadow the ID, I remember being simply AnbuRick and don't remember moving to Egypt... these changes are ridiculous and almost seem they were made by a kid with nothing better to do for a hobby. But right now...i'm more pissed at the customer support than the hacker, sincerely.

Thank you for the reply and sorry for the apparent arrogance towards this board but I didn't mean it towards this board really, your reply was most helpful and checking if I can solve the problem through it, but like you said, we're at the weekend, been waiting for about an hour and will quit for now, will try again on the week as currently I ain't got that much time, but again, your help was, and is, much appreciated, thank you for your time.
