Online Resellers

Is it legal if i buy license keys from other online resellers and use them in Origin, is it acceptable or allowed by Origin. Because the Country i am in, Origin doesn't accept the "Paypal" as a payment option yet this online reseller accepts it, i tried to buy a game in origin store but they couldn't bring up any other payment option apart from "Credit Cards" what should i do, Should i buy the key outside Origin.

It is hard to say you will be absolutely safe as there are risks involved.
