Already Used Game Key on forgotten Account.

So I years ago I created an EA account to play Dead Space 3. Now I don't remember the information for that account and can't reinstall the game because the game key has already been used on my old Account. Is there a possibility that I can receive another code or can I get the Information to my Account by an EA employee if i show them the old already used code?

I would recommend contacting Support about this issue, they may be able to retrieve the information for you if you can verify the Account you used to have.
