I logged on today to play Sims 4 and discovered that all of my games, including my online purchases are missing. I've had this account for over 4 years and this has never happened. Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry to hear that you are having issues @Neolater.
It could be a case that you have filtered your My Game Library, can you check your filters and ensure that they are all clear so nothing is hidden.
It can also be an issue with having more than one EA account, if you have a secondary of even more accounts then you may have redeemed your code to an account other than your primary and as such it is worth taking a couple of minutes to check your different emails to see if any work.
If you cannot locate the game or any other accounts then please reach out to our live support who will be able to look into your account.
