I wasn't able to login into Origin. I opened a ticket and talked to a couple people on the chat. They just keep telling me to be patient and that the ToS team will look at it. Its been over a week since I opened the ticket, no email or progress. You'd think this would be a simple fix. Any other options?
So far:
-no one has told me why its been suspended
-no notification that the ToS team has gotten it (other than a ticket that says "in-progress")
-no eta on the fix
-missed the black friday deals
-no one else is apparently allowed to touch my account other than ToS team

Hey @kinghater99 for any issues with a sanction or ban on an account you will need to speak to our Terms of Service team as no one else can discuss it with you.
The best thing to do is give the team time to respond.
