Account suspended - when will the ticket be looked at

I wasn't able to login into Origin. I opened a ticket and talked to a couple people on the chat. They just keep telling me to be patient and that the ToS team will look at it.  Its been over a week since I opened the ticket, no email or progress. You'd think this would be a simple fix. Any other options?

So far:
-no one has told me why its been suspended
-no notification that the ToS team has gotten it (other than a ticket that says "in-progress")
-no eta on the fix
-missed the black friday deals
-no one else is apparently allowed to touch my account other than ToS team

Hey @kinghater99 for any issues with a sanction or ban on an account you will need to speak to our Terms of Service team as no one else can discuss it with you.


The best thing to do is give the team time to respond.

 

The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

 

  1. Click Contact usat the top of any page on EA Help.
  2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
  3. Choose your platform.
  4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
  5. Fill out any other details below.
    • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
  6. Click Select contact option.
  7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

@kinghater99 Just wait "a few days" now it's important to understand "a few days" literally means in excess of a month. Proven by the Free month of Origin Access debacle. In summation, it will get resolved, however ne prepared to wait a very long time. Must be hard work, toiling away at EA.

Hey @kinghater99 I checked your account and am not seeing any cases created with our TOS team.

 

Do you have multiple EA accounts by any chance?

Hey @kinghater99 there is no need to send it to me. I just wanted to ensure that you were creating your case under the correct account and had not contacted on a secondary account.
