Account reset?

I joined with my current email back in 2014, and I've had the games Battlefield 3, Battlefield 4 with Premium and I think season pass, and SimCity. All my account info, achievements, progress and games are gone with no obvious way to get them back. Even my Battlelog shows up empty as if I've never touched Battlefield in my life. Is there anyway I can recover my games and achievements?

EA Help should help.  They wil check your account and tell you what's wrong.

I have the Limited Edition of Simcity, and I don't have a CD reader on my computer so I have to use the product code, but after trying to use it, it says its been used.
