Account login stolen, tricky details.

★★★ Newbie

I'm hoping someone here will actually be able to help.

I was trying to log into Origin, but it had been a while, and forgot my password. So I tried to reset my password, but then realized that I had actually deleted the old email account it was linked to. Just out of curiousity, I googled my old email address, and saw that my origin email, login, and password were posted on a russian facebook site. Great.

So who knows if people have been using my old account. Hopefully resetting my password disabled it from being used.

I made a new origin account, using my PSN login that is linked to my current email address. If possible, I'd like to transfer my games from my old to my new, or at the very least, ensure that my old account is completely deleted so no one can use it.

I set up a phone call with EA, they asked a bunch of personal information, including security questions, then hung up on me. Fantastic. I tried the online chat, and was directed to give them my phone number for a call. Didn't I just try that?

Is there an easier way to do this? I just want to make sure my information isn't out there and I'm safe.

Also, for some reason I can't verify my new email address. I get the "oops there was a problem" every time I click the link. Not a lucky day for me.

Leaving the house now, hopefully when I get back in a few hours someone may have some ideas. Is there a support email I can work with?

Thanks.
