Hello. I live in Estonia and cant use live chat for help. My issue is that my accounts email got changed to some random Russian one . How is that even possible? Anyway I didn't saw that email about my accounts email address changes until now and I can't use revert email option anymore cause its expired. I hope there's anything I can do to help get my account back faster. I can provide info about what games I had on my origin account including CD keys. I can still access my original email address which is [edit: email address removed].

Also you should enable login verification (info here: http://help.ea.com/en/article/origin-login-verification-information/), it significantly improves the security of your account.

I can't access my account cause it has new email. I posted this using my other account. Also I tried contacting ea but I don't livenin US.

Already tried it. How hard is it do get in contact with EA when you live in Estonia? Like what the *. Worst support ever including keeping your customers accounts safe. How is it even possible that you allow some random hacker change someone's email so easily. If I don't get my account back then its going to be last time I'm supporting this company.

@hents821 What exactly was the issue you experienced when trying to contact EA support?

If you're missing some items and suspect your FUT account has been compromised, first secure your account by following these important steps:
 

1. Clear your browser cache.
2. Reset your EA password.
3. Reset your Origin security question and answer.
4. Reset your email account password.
5. Reset your console account password (PlayStation™Network online ID or Xbox Live gamertag).
6. Turn on Login Verification on the FUT Web App. Read more about this safety step and how to create backup codes.
7. Reset your FUT security question and answer.

Once you complete these steps, contact us to report any missing content for FIFA 14, FIFA 15, or FIFA 16.
