Account disappeared, need help! [ Edited ]

Does anyone encounter the same situation!?

When I open the game, everything was reset. No coin, No gem, and all the plants and records were lost.

Is it possible to get the account back!? This game is very important to my friend who suffered in melancholia. With this game, he can feel eased and released.

I honestly please that any person who may concern can help.

Oh! Sorry.

I mean PvZ 2.

He uses IPhone, and the iCloud backup is always on. I can see his gameplay records in the Game Center.

Were there any other iCloud accounts logged in on your device? If so, is it possible that someone may have been able to delete your save data from cloud storage that way?

Hi Kent, thanks for the reply.

I checked other apps, all data still there except for the PvZ 2.

It looks very weird to me. The account disappearing happened when my friend in the middle of gameplay. I mean during his playing, the PvZ2 suddenly crashed. He opens the PvZ 2 again, he found that everything was gone.

Quite a coincidence! 

It is definitely weird that it happened like that. I think the best option for your friend would be to reach out to the EA Help team so they can take a look. They may be able to recover the account, but I'm afraid we don't really have a way to look into it here from our side.
