My account has been disabled on my Xbox so I can’t play any game off ea’s games or load up ea hub, I don’t know why my account has been disabled I’ve tried contacting them multiple times and still nothing. I can’t access the email they said they sent something too so I don’t know why my account been disabled. I’ve just been waiting and waiting and I don’t know what to do anymore

I can’t do that because it says I’ve broken the rules and asks me to do something different, I don’t know what rules I’ve broken.
