I have tried deleting my account 2 times so far. And the most recent time I was told 72 hours it take to delete. All I want to do I unlink my psn from my old origin account and put it on my new one. But no it takes days and days of time and still nothing. Ive even been told not to access the idk account or play games linked with the account so now I'm stuck not able to play PS4 ea games. What can I do to speed up this process and get EA to pull their finger out.

I'm afraid I won't be able to keep an eye on the case all the time, so I won't be able to let you know right away when your account gets deleted, but I'm going to check its status next week again.

Next week? I'm waiting to play on the battlefield 5 beta on my PS4 on my new account and I've been told I'm not aloud to access games on my old account as it stops the process?

Since you're using the PSN account which is connected with the EA account that's going to be deleted soon, it's indeed not recommended to use it during the deletion process.

 

In this situation I would suggest playing BFV Open Beta on another PSN account connected with a different EA account.

You can create an additional PSN account for free Standard smile You also can share PS+ subscription from your main account if you'll be logged in on the same device, so you won't have to pay for it as well -  I'm speaking from my own experience as a PS4 owner here.

The account is still not deleted. It's in the right queue, but the team is overloaded with cases at the moment.

 

I'm sorry that it takes so long, but we cannot speed this up at this point.
