Account compromised and now locked - EA online support not helping

Hi all,

My EA account was somehow compromised. I have managed to get it secured, but whoever compromised it has violated one of the FIFA rules and my account was subsequently locked. I've had a really terrible time with EA, their online support is absolutely awful - it takes a long time to get anyone on chat and when I do, they just say they will escalate it and I just go around in circles. 

In addition, there's something wrong with their phone service - everytime I call no one can hear me and they just hang up. I've tried calling on different phones but have had the same thing happen. All I want them to do is see that my account was compromised and then unlock, how hard is that? Has anyone had a similar experience?

If you wish the sanction to be investigated, you need to reach out to our Terms of Service team directly (email only). I'm afraid we cannot help any further on our forum in this situation.
