Account ban

Will i ever get a respond from EA help service? Created multiple cases, send DM on twitter. Nothing help. On my first case it says resolved when i did not  revice email that explain why i got banned.

It may take some time to have a return.

Unfortunaly we can do nothing more on this forum it's a community of players.

If you think this ban was applied to your account by mistake and ask why you are banned.
You can reach out to the Terms of Service Team to appeal this ban.

Unfortunately we can't assist further with account bans on AHQ.

They are unfortunaly no other way. Withe Covid-19 answer can take little time.

Already send 5 cases, a twitter message. Where is chat EA support like the one in MIcrosoft?

Account bans are not something that the chat support team can help with. The Terms of Service team will need to review your account and determine if that ban can be overturned. 

If you've already reached out to them that's all you would need to do for now. The TOS team will review your account and follow up with you via email as soon as possible. Keep an eye out on your email for a reply.
