Hey, I’ve submitted 2 tickets over the span of a week; no response. I haven’t used my Origin Account for about a year but I’ve tried to log in, only to find I’ve been banned.
To my knowledge, I’ve done nothing on any of the games that I’ve played to incur such a harsh and arbitrary penalty.
The most I’ve done is probably lag in a Titanfall 2 match by virtue of bad internet or use single player mods for Dragon Age... I don’t cheat, I don’t troll chats... Seriously, help.

Please connect with our Terms of Service team on this. They investigate bans placed on accounts and determine if a bans been correctly placed for breaking the T&C's or if it's been mistakenly placed and overturns it. You can reach them by filling out the webform, including as much information as you can there.

The thing is, I’ve submitted two tickets regarding it to no response.
I’d be more than willing to talk it out with someone, but I’ve gotten no reply.

Over 96 hours.
I've tried to reply or "resume" my case but no contact option to support was given other than to initiate a new case.
I added my cell to the other one, but this is getting kinda crazy.
I wasn't even notified initially as to why the account was banned.

Same thing has happened to me, I don't do anything out of the ordinary too. I have been suspended for 3 days, would love to know why.
January 2021
It's been over a month. EA Support did not reply to my follow up email and they just closed the tickets... I've done nothing to deserve a ban. I want my account back.
