Hi all
When i try to use ea services via multiple ways ea asks for account verification and sends security code to my registered mail address but i cant reach the mails to verificate my account. (i assure you they arent in the junk folder)
I created a case about it. Case number is 50862742 and nobody reached me about the problem.
So why i can get mails about created case and cant get mails about security codes. The sender is same the receiver's mail adress is same.
(i cant change verification method via security Settings because it also needs security code before changing the settings. Its a dead end)

Hey @noviembree if you are not receiving the verification codes then you will need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further.
You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.
To request a callback or speak with a chat adviser:
Click on your product Origin
Then select 'PC
Manage my Account'
Can't log in
Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.

Hey @xxCherr we are not able to assist with account-based issues on AHQ.
If you are not receiving verification emails then you would need to ensure that your email or device settings are not blocking it.
