Account Recovery link not working!!!!!

I have recently found an issue where whenever I find a link to a recovery from it just takes me to a case information page and I never get the option to get a recovery form sent to me. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!

To request a callback or speak with a chat adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.
