Account I didnt create

Over the past few weeks I have been getting emails from EA stating that my account is being logged into from the web. This has happened 12 times since October 6th. Logins have been from various countries from all over the world (Turkey, China, Russia, ect...), I'm located in the US.

I did not create this account, but somehow my name, email, and birth date were all used in order to set up this account. If I delete this account whats stopping it from being recreated. Right now I reset the password and added the two layer authentication. Is it best to just leave the account alone now and ignore it?

However, I do have a valid EA account linked to another email address; that one seems to be fine despite the last time I logged in was back in 2011 when I last to play Star Wars: The Old Republic.

The two factor authentication should be enough to prevent further unauthorised access to that account so no action is required right now.

If you prefer, you can contact our Advisors to have the extra account disabled or removed entirely.
