My account JustMeCassie was hacked and has disappeared. I assume they changed the email linked to it because every time i try to reset my password, i receive no email. This is my alt account I'm posting this on. The only game I use that account for is Sims but I have spent a good chunk of money on it and don't want to lose it. I cant get into contact with anyone from origin to get this recovered.
I do have order confirmation emails and password change emails still in my account so I am hoping that will be able to get this done faster.
Like I said, I cannot get in contact with anyone as of right now, any steps you guys recommend?
