My Account ID and a few other details have been changed without my knowledge.
I've reset the password and made all the changes that I can, but my ID is still different, and my security question answer doesn't work anymore.
I've tried to contact EA using their contact us tool, but it just gives me a 'call us' prompt. I don't want to call EA as I can only see USA based phone numbers.
There is a 'call me' prompt on there, but I cannot find where to arrange this.
How can I resolve this ID issue?

Try starting the process over again to get the call feature, but before you start, go to the top-left corner, click the flag and select the country you are from.

If you are living in a country that doesn't support our 'call me' feature at all, you could call our UK number instead: +44 203 0141818 (Available 9AM-9PM GMT, Monday through Saturday)
Depending on your phone provider, you might want to consider using a Voice-Over-IP service (such as Skype) for this call. Just put your location in the Voice-Over-IP service to UK.
