If you haven't already, try uninstalling and reinstalling the EA Access app on your Xbox. That can usually help out with the most common issues we see.

Thanks for giving it a shot.
Can you try this for me as well? Go to your Xbox Settings, then go to Network Settings. From there go to Advanced Options and select the option to clear the Alternate MAC Address. The Xbox will then restart afterward.

Hmm, gotcha.
I'm wondering if there's an issue with the app timing out when it's trying to connect. I've seen that lead to crashes as well. Can we try running through some connection troubleshooting to see if that makes a difference at all?
A good place to start would be with the basic connection steps over at the EA Help website. If it keeps happening after that check out the Xbox-specific steps as well. Let me know how that goes when you have the chance.
