Three hours of customer support line chat today with no solution.
Gabe was trying to be helpful but it was clear your software simply doesn't work.
If you are unable to offer a solution, thats okay. Let's just refund the money and go on.
However, I am not even able to contact support at this time (by phone or chat) as there are too many 'issues' still outstanding.
Just so I can get this straight. I am unable to request a refund because your support team is slow?

I'm sorry to hear that you've had an unpleasant experience with our live support We experienced a few issues with our system, which could make contacting our advisers problematic for some time. Could you try to create a case on EA Help one more time?
